Based in Santo Domingo, this company specializes in grand-scale hotel construction in regional hot spots for resort travel. From Punta Cana to Barbados and Jamaica to St. Vincent, Codelpa has gained the trust of some of the world’s top hospitality brands. Ahead of their 35th anniversary, Codelpa approached behagen to help revitalize and refresh its identity to reflect the firm’s values better. After three decades in business, they evolved their business model and required a redefinition of their message and market positioning plan.

We worked closely with their team to create a flexible, recognizable, and engaging identity that communicates diverse engineering and real estate services. From prefabricated concrete materials and construction services to real estate development and project management, we helped them clarify their narrative and controlling idea and designed a new umbrella brand and individual band applications for each division. After implementing a well-crafted marketing plan, they successfully launched a media campaign to reaffirm their presence in the industry.
